Family Meals

I am a strong believer in family meals.
I think my kids just took them for granted.
When I had four kids and worked in a city an hour away and they were involved in soccer and after school activities, we still had family meals. Everyone has to eat. So sometimes we ate at 4:30 and sometimes at 7:30. But we all ate together. No fast food, except maybe a subway for the kid coming back from Soccer at 9 pm.

Family Meals: strong value, do it.
